6:00 am- I work early in the morning and decide to fuel my body with Ezekiel bread with peanut butter and a kiwi. I wanted some carbs cause I knew I would be working out later.
8:45- grabbed this snack on my way out to run an errand! The guy giving out samples at Sprouts quickly persuaded me that these were a good buy! Very yummy!
10:30 – Just ate this tiny amount of sweet potatoes before my run.
12:30- post run fuel with my Herbalife shake. I added mixed berries. Gotta get that protein in!
1:30 – very small snack before heading out just ate three crackers and hummus cause I was craving it! And a little bit of these buffalo cauliflower pieces! Fights my meat craving perfectly!
3:00- Picked up this drink while waiting for my car at the car wash. I love the texture of it even though it’s strange. It has 4 grams of protein though which is cool!
4:30- I tutor a kid and his mom always stocks the fridge with La Croix for me seriously I LOVE THIS DRINK and it was grapefruit flavor which I have been craving lately. Then pita chips and more hummus!
7:30- Shake time again!! This time I used orange team Forumla 1 and added mixed berries again! So good!
So thats its! This is what I ate yesterday besides a few tiny bites of things I didn’t snap. I had two bites of Mexican rice cause my mom ordered out but that’s about it!
I love being able to snack throughout the day it keeps me sane.
Also I don’t usually eat that many crackers/ chips it just always happens on tutoring day lol!
